Description:

Oracle’s Global Finance Information Center in Bangalore is a shared service hub for the company’s finance operations worldwide. The Accounts Receivables Center of Excellence team plays a crucial role in managing invoice delivery operations while driving process excellence in electronic invoicing.

In this role, you will work as a Revenue Analyst (IC1 level) specializing in Korean language support. Your main responsibilities will include invoice delivery, uploading invoices to the Korea Smart Bill Portal, performing NTS reconciliations, and supporting global web-invoicing deployments. You will also assist with additional accounts receivable initiatives, including process improvements and system enhancements.

This position requires fluency in reading and speaking Korean, along with strong accounting knowledge and MS Office skills. The role involves working in the Korean business shift and other shifts based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage invoice delivery across various modes.
• Upload invoices to Korea Smart Bill Portal.
• Perform NTS reconciliation tasks.
• Support global web-invoicing deployments.
• Participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
• Work closely with the Accounts Receivables Center of Excellence team to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounts receivable, or related fields.
• Proficiency in reading and speaking Korean.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work in Korean shift and other shifts based on business requirements.
